In the exercise of the powers conferred under Section 45(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, the Commissioner of Customs (Gen), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar, Mumbai, has been pleased to extend the custodianship to M/S Air India Air Transport Services Ltd. towards custodianship of Module-I (Export shed), Module- III (Heavy Shed and Light Shed), ETV warehouse and APEDA (Agriculture Processed Food Products Export Development Authority) Shed, at Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai for a period upto 14.10.2017. 2. All other provisions, terms and conditions stipulated in the Public Notice No. 04/2015 dated 15.04.2015 remains the same. 3.
