Public Notice No. 18/2017 Subject : Revised rates of Rebate of State Levies on Export of Garments and Textile made-up articles w,e.f. 01.07.2017 - reg. 1. Attention of the Importers / Exporters / Customs House Agents Trade is invited towards the Circular No. 028/2017 - Customs dated 06.07.2017 issued by the Director, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, CBEC, Drawback Division, New Delhi. 2. In this context, Ministry of Textiles (MOT) has issued Notification No. 14/26/2016-IT dated 27.06.2017 revising the rates of rebate in Schedules I, Il Ill for the Rebate for State Levies (ROSL) Scheme effective from 01.07.2017. 3. The revised rates are 0.39% for RoSL and 0.23% for RoSL under Advance Authorization - All Industry Rates (AA-AIR) combination. 4. The above notification may be downloaded from the website egazette.nic.in. 5. These revised rates on garment and textile made-up exports under RoSL Scheme are applicable to exports with Let Export dates from 01.07.2017 onwards. 6. The EDI of the revised RoSL Scheme rates has been completed by the Systems Directorate. 7. Difficulties, if any, may be brought to the notice of the undersigned. (M. V. S.
