No. V/16-06/Daman/Systems/GSTN/2017 DATED: 29-11-2018 TRADE NOTICE NO. 11/2018 Subject- Setting up of an IT Grievance Redressal Mechanism to address the grievance of the taxpayers due to technical glitches on the GST Portal- Reg. In Central GST and Central Excise, Daman Commissionerate, in addition to the Commissioner, Central GST and Central Excise, Daman Commissionerate as Nodal officer, the Joint Commissioner (Systems), Central GST and Central Excise, Daman Commissionerate and the Deputy Commissioner (Systems), Central GST and Central Excise, Daman Commissionerate have been designated as the Additional Nodal Officers to address the problems of the taxpayers due to technical glitches, if any, in the common portal. Such applications shall have enclosed evidences as may be needed to establish the bonafide attempt on the part of the taxpayer to comply with the due process Of law. All Trade Associations/Chambers of Commerce and Members Of Regional Advisory Committees are requested to publish the contents of this trade notice amoing thier Members/Constituents.
