Attention of the Trade and Industry is invited to the Board's Circular No. 953/14/2011 dated 12th September, 2011 under which constitution of the Regional Advisory Committee (RAC) for the Small Scale Industries (SSI) and Organized Sector has been prescribed. 2. Nominations for the membership for constitution of the new Advisory Committee (RAC) for the Small Scale Industries (SSI) and Organized Sector Organized Sector for the block year 2018-2019 were called for from all Commissionerates. The RAC for Organized sector, SSI Sector, Service Sector, 100% EOU/ STP Sectors have been formed for the block year 2018-19 (01.01.2018 - 31.12.2019). The Composition shall be as follows: Chief Commissioner, CGST and Customs, Pune Zone Chairman Additional Commissioner (CCO) Secretary Additional Director General, DG-GST, West Zonal Unit Member Deputy/ Assistant Commissioner (CCO) Member 3. The function of the Committee will be purely advisory as the Committee is intended for resolving the procedural difficulties of general nature. The Committee will normally meet once in three months. The meeting will be held at the office of the Chief Commissioner, Central Goods and Service Tax Customs, Pune Zone or at some Trade Centre in the Zone as may be decided by the Chairman. The Secretary of the Committee will intimate in advance the date/time and venue of each meeting to the members of the committee. 5. All the Trade Associations and Chambers of Commerce and Industries are requested to bring the contents of this Trade Facility to the notice of their member constituents. 6.
