IV(16)Tech/GGN-II/PGC/33/2015/4344 Dated: 18.12.2015 TRADE NOTICE NO. 05/2015 Sub: Constitution of Public Grievance Committee (PGC) in the Commissionerate for the financial year 2015-16 and 2016-17 It is notified for information of the trade and public that a Public Grievance Committee (PGC) has been constituted in this Commissionerate for the financial year 2015-16 and 2016-17. A list of the members of the Committee alongwith trade interest they represent is enclosed. 1. The Principal Commissioner, Central Excise, Gurgaon-II will the ex-officio Chairperson of the Committee. The Additional/Joint Commissioner of the Commissionerate will function as the Secretary of the Committee. 2. The life period of the Committee shall be two years i.e. upto 31.03.2017. 3. Only nominated members can attend the meeting (list of members is as per Annexure-A to this trade notice). On request, any person can be called specially to this Committee for any specific issue to be discussed. 4. Only one of the two nominated members of Manesar Industries Welfare Association (MIWA) may attend the meeting of PGC. 5. The Committee will ordinarily once in a quarter at such place, as the Chairperson may decide. 6. The date and time of the PGC meeting shall be communicated separately, in advance. 7. All the Trade Associations/Chambers of Commerce Industry and the members of PGC are hereby requested to bring /publicize the contents of this Trade Notice amongst their Members/Constituents for their information and necessary action.
