No. 11/15-Technical) Sub -Central Excise - Setting up of Tax Payer Service Centre in Hyderabad-II Commissionerate - Reg As the Department has declared the current year as the Year of Tax payer Services and the Government has passed a resolution on improving 'Ease of Doing Business with focus on taxpayer administration. To facilitate the and in Consonance with the above directives, a Tax Payer Service Centre is set up in Hyderabad -II Commissionerate with immediate effect. 2. Tax Payer Service Centre IS envisaged as a single-window system for accepting handling all Tax Payer queries, complaints, grievances etc. A unique acknowledgement number will be generated on the spot for future reference of the Tax Payer the Single Window Cell will act as a physical contact point for service delivery, where access cannot be offered through other channels, for improving the quality and timely delivery of services. Disposal of queries/ complaints/grievances filed at the centre will be monitored at Commissioner s level for proper redressal. 3. Citizens/Clients/Assessees may approach the below mentioned Officers for any Type of Queries/Public Grievances, including delays in decision making. administrative delays etc. pertaining to Hyderabad-II Commissionerate. 4.
