No. I(Gen)19-214/Cus/T/17-18 Dated 11.02.2019 PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 05/2019 Sub:- Barring of filing of fresh filing of export/import documents at the Inland Container Depot Kheda village, Pithampur Dist Dhar(Port site INKHD6) Regarding. 1. It is brought to the notice of all exporters, importers, Custom House Brokers, Custodians, Banks, Trade and all concerned that the computerized processing of Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills under the Indian Customs EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) System, at the Inland Container Depot Kheda village, Pithampur Dist Dhar will be stopped from 11.02.2019 . 2. 'The Inland Container Depot Kheda village, Pithampur Dist Dhar, (in short ICD Kheda, Pithampur) situated at Kheda Industrial Area, Pithampur Distt. Dhar, Madhya Pradesh has been De notified by the Commissioner of Customs vide Notification no. 03/2019 dt. 11.02.2019. Similarly, the custodianship of M/S All cargo Global Logistics Limited of the imported and export goods received at ICD village Kheda Pithampur for unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods brought at said place until these are cleared for Home consumption or for warehousing or are trans shipped in accordance with the provisions of chapter VIII of the Customs Act, 1962 has been cancelled by the Commissioner of customs Indore vide notification no. 02/2019 dt.11.02.2019 3. The procedure to resolve legacy matter like IGST Refund, drawback, registered advance license, registered MEIS License will be devised and intimated in due course. 4. This Public Notice supersedes the previous Public notice no. 05/2009-cus dt. 19.02.2009 issued by the Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise and Service tax Indore.
