The jurisdiction of the newly created office of Commissioner of Central Excise Audit is as below; Commissioner of Central Excise (Audit) Jurisdiction in terms of Commissionerates of Central Excise Commissioner of Central Excise (Audit), Mysore All the Central Excise and Service Tax Assessees located within the jurisdiction of (i) Commissioner of Central Excise ST, Mysore. (ii) Commissioner of Central Excise ST, Mangalore and (iii) Commissioner of Central Excise ST, Belgaum. The new Audit Commissionerate will function under the Mysore Central Excise Zone, Mysore, and will be functional with effect from 15.10.2014. Notification No. 27 / 2014 - Central Excise and 29/2014 - Central Excise both dated 16th September 2014 issued by the Ministry of Finance, New Delhi, may be referred in this connection. The above address of the, Audit Cnmmissionerate, Mysore, is temporary and may change in the event of the office shifting to new premises and the trade and industry would be intimated accordingly.
