Extension of validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) - DGFT - 14/(2015-2020)

GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 14/(2015-2020) NEW DELHI: Dated the 28 June, 2019 Subject: Extension of validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Polity (2015-20), the Director General of Foreign Trade in relaxation of the provision as in Para 2.55 (d) of the Handbook of Procedure, 2015-20 , notifies as under:- The validity of recognition of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) included in the Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat forms (A ANF) of Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20) who have completed their tenure of three years and whose validity was extended up to 30.6.2019 is further extended up to 30.09.2019. Effect of this Public Notice: Validity of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) as listed in the Appendix 2G of A ANF, whose validity expires on 30.6.2019 is extended up to 30.9.2019.
