Chief Commissioner, Kolkata Zone consequent upon re-organisation under GST -regarding Attention of the trade, public officers and others concerned is invited to the Govt. of India, Ministry Of Finance Notification No. 13/2017-Central Excise (NT) Dated 09.06.2017 and Notification No. 17/2017- Central Excise (NT) Dated 19.06.2017. The jurisdiction of Principal Chief Commissioner of Central Goods and Service Tax (CGST) Commissionerates, Divisions, Ranges, Audit Commissionerates, Audit Circles and Appeal Commissionerates under Kolkata Zone are notified as given below. For the convenience of the trade, industry and administration, the jurisdiction of each Division and Range under Central Goods and Service Tax (CGST), Audit Appeal Commissionerates of the zone are enlisted in the Annexure-'A to L' of this Trade Notice. All the Tax Payers of a given area will now be under control of the Division/ Range having its jurisdiction over the said area. This trade notice is being issued to make the Trade, Industry and all concerned ready for the ensuing changes in the administration of this Department. The newly constructed Commissionerates, Divisions, Ranges and Circles as detailed in this Trade Notice is effective from 22.06.2017.
