The validity of the empanelment of the above Chartered Engineers/Fellows will be for a period of one year from the date of issue of this Public Notice. 4. The above Chartered Engineers/Fellows have to submit half yearly self appraisal reports, as per the prescribed format enclosed to this Public Notice to assess their performance. 5. The professional charges payable by the Importer shall be ₹ 5,000/- or 0.5% of the Assessed Value, whichever is higher, subject to a ceiling of ₹ 15,000/-. 6.
