During a press conference on 23.08.2019 on measures to achieve higher economic growth the Hon ble Finance Minister announced that all pending GST refund due to MSMEs shall be paid within 30 days and that all future GST refunds shall be paid within 60 days from the date of application. 2. The Hyderabad GST Commissionerate is organizing a Refund Drive in all the Divisions of this Commissionerate from 1 st to 22 nd September, 2019 with special focus on refunds of MSMEs. 3. In view of the above, all the Taxpayers who had filed the refund applications in Form GST RED-01A as on 23.08. 2019 are hereby advised to approach their jurisdictional Divisional Offices and avail the benefit of refund drive being conducted by this Commissioner ate. 4. The DC/AC of the respective Divisions are directed to give wide publicity to the refund drive. 5.
