Attention of all Importers/Exporters/CHAs and all. concerned is invited to CBEC's Instruction F.No.528/22/2015-STO(TU) dated 11th December, issued on the representations received from the trade on classification of Biodiesel under oleo chemicals. 2. The matter has been examined by the Board and it is observed that 100% Biodiesel (referred to as B100) is an oleo chemical derived from vegetable oils or animal fats. 3.
