Attention of all the importers Exporters CHAs and Members of the Trade is invited to Public Notice No. 40/2006 dated 13.06.2006 wherein Ministrys Circular No. 18/2006-Cus. Dated 05.06.2006 was notified. 2. Ministry has since issued Circular No. 20/2006-Cus dated 21.07.2006 vide F.No. 605/44/2006-DBK in partial modification of the above Circular which is enclosed herewith. 3. The contents of this notice may be brought to the notice of members of your Association / Organization for guidance. 4.
