PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 26/2019 Sub: First Time Export Of goods- Verification of documents-reg. Attention of all Exporters, Customs Brokers, Members of the Trade Industry Association, Customs Officers and others are invited towards the Public Notices No. '21/2010' dated 21.05.2010, '10/2014' dated 31.07.2014, '04/2015' dated 06.02.2015 and (06/2017' dated 16.02.2017 related to above captioned subject. 2. All the above mentioned Public Notices shall 'mutatis mutandis' apply to First Time Export goods via Air Cargo Complex (Export Commissionerate) also. 3. The Exporter may submit the verification of clearance (LEO/OOC) from any of the ports falling under any Mumbai Customs Zones. Concerned Authority shall treat such document as proof Of verification of First Time Exporter'. 4. Difficulties, if any, faced in the implementation of this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of the Addl./Joint Commissioner of Customs (Export), ACC, Sahar, Mumbai. (S.
