In view of the amendment to the ITC (HS) Classification of Export and Import Items, clearance for export of goods including plant plant products using wood packaging material such as pellets, dunnage, crating, packing blocks, drums, cases load boards, pellets collars and skids etc. through Land Customs Stations in this Commissionerate shall be allowed subject to the wood packaging material having been appropriately treated and marked as per International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) No. 15 or accompanied by a phytosanitary certificate with the treatment endorsed.
