No. VIII(H)48/CT/BT/95/2013 Dated: 31.01.2019 FACILITY NOTICE NO. 01/2018-19 Sub: Permission of Bonded Trucking for transportation of Import/ Export of precious cargo by M/S Jaipur Gemstone Exchange', Jaipur to Air Cargo Complex, New Customs House, Indra Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi and vice-versa - reg. The transshipment permission granted earlier vide Facility Notice No. 01/2016 dated 22.01.2016 to M/S Jaipur Gemstone Exchange, Jaipur valid for three years i.e. upto 01.02.2019, has been reviewed. 2. Accordingly, the permission to M/S Jaipur Gemstone Exchange, Ground Floor, 15-C, Diggi House, Near Maharani College, Tonk Road, Jaipur (having registered office at 141, Atlanta, 14th Floor, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021) is extended for a further period of three years i.e. upto 01.02.2022, of Bonded Trucking for transportation of Import/ Export of precious cargo by M/S Jaipur Gemstdne Exchange, Jaipur to Air Cargo Complex, New Customs House, Indra Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, and vice-versa subject to fulfillment of conditions laid down in the following circulars: (i) CBEC Circular No. 57/98-cus dated 04.08.1998.
