Kind reference is invited to Agenda Item 3(xi) placed in the 47 th GST Council meeting held at Chandigarh on 28th and 29th June 2022 wherein the proposal for comprehensive changes in FORM GSTR-3B was deliberated and the Council recommended that the said proposal may be placed in public domain for seeking inputs/suggestions of the stakeholders. 2. In this regard, it is informed that as per recommendations of the Council, the draft FORM GSTR-3B document (here in after to be referred as Concept Paper) is placed on the portal (www.cbic.gov.in) under the tab Stakeholder Consultation for public consultation so that members of the trade/ stakeholders may furnish their views/comments/suggestions on the Concept Paper latest by 15th September 2022 at e-mail id [email protected] so as to facilitate finalization of the matter. 3. In view of the above, it is requested that the same may be circulated to the States for dissemination to the stakeholders. 4. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
