No.: GEN/CB/Misc/476/2022-CB Dated 13-01-2023 PUBLIC NOTICE No. 01/2023 SUB.: Launch of new functionality of Customs Brokers Licensing Management System (CBLMS) Reg. Attention of all the Customs Brokers and Stake holders working under the jurisdiction of the Custom House, Visakhapatnam under Regulation 7(2) of CBLR, 2018 or its erstwhile regulations is invited to the newly launched functionalities on Customs Broker License Management System (CBLMS) online portal ( https://cblms.gov.in ) . 2. In this regard, it is to inform that the functionalities for Issuance, Renewal and Cancellation of Customs Passes through CBLMS portal have been made live for all the policy sections across India. 3. With the introduction of the aforesaid functionalities, all the applications for issuance, renewal and cancellation of Customs Passes of the employees of the Customs Brokers across India will be processed through CBLMS portal only. These applications in CBLMS will be available for the following : a. All the existing Customs Brokers who have submitted their CB profiles on the CBLMS portals successfully and whose profiles have been successfully validated by their respective policy sections. b. All the new Customs Brokers whose CB licenses are processed and issued through the CBLMS portal. 4. A detailed user manual explaining the process flow of aforementioned new functionalities will be available under Knowledge Centre Tab in the CBLMS portal. (K. ENGINEER) Commissioner of Customs
