No: 020-26051839, Fax No.: 020-26051849 (Customs Broker Section) e-mail: [email protected] Pune, the 24-11-2022 PUBLIC NOTICE No. 09 /2022 - 23 Kind Attention of all Customs Brokers and all other stakeholders is invited to Notification No. 52/2022-Customs (N.T) dated 24.06.2022 vide which following changes in Regulation 20 under CBLR 2018 are made:- In Regulation 20, for sub-regulations (1) and (2), the following sub - regulationsshall respectively be substituted, namely:- (1) Each Customs Broker shall enroll himself as a member of the Customs Brokers Association at every jurisdiction he operates, if there is such an Association registered in the Customs Station, where the Customs Broker is operating and recognized by the Principal Commissioner of Customs or Commissioner of Customs, as the case may be. (2) No Customs Broker shall enroll himself in more than one Association, at a given time, in a particular jurisdiction. 2. In view of the above, all the Custom Brokers, who are registered operating under the jurisdiction of Pune Customs Commissionerate, are advised to enrol themselves as a member of Pune Customs Brokers Association, Office No. 15 A wing, 2nd floor, Jewel of Pimpri, Opp. PCMC Building, Pimpri, Pune-411018.
