No: 020-26051839, Fax No.: 020-26051849 (Customs Broker Section) e-mail: [email protected] Pune, the 24-11-2022 PUBLIC NOTICE No. 10/2022-23 Attention of all Customs Brokers and all other stakeholders is invited to Notification No. 62/2021-Customs (N.T) dated 23.07.2021 and Circular No. 17/2021 Customs dated 23.07.2021 wherein as per amended Regulation 9 of CBLR 2018, A license granted under Customs House Agents Licensing Regulations, 1984, the Customs House Agents Licensing Regulations, 2004, the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2013 or the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018 shall be valid unless and until revoked in terms of provisions under sub-regulation (2) of regulation 8A or regulation 14. 2. In view of the above, all the Custom Brokers who are issued license in Pune Customs Commissionerate under Regulation 7(2) of CBLR 2018 and whose license is operational and fulfilling other condition as laid down in the Notification cited herein, are notified that intimation giving Life time validity of their licenses will be soon sent to their office addresses available on record and on their email address, which alone will be sufficient to extend their License validity to Life Time validity. There is no need for Customs Broker to visit physically to get their license endorsed to this effect. 3. Also the validity of Photo identity card/Customs Pass ( F category, G Category, G with P/A and H category) issued to an employee/owner/director/partner/proprietor of a Customs Broker shall be co-terminus with the validity of CB Licence.
