Clarification regarding Notification No.19 dated 12.07.2023. - DGFT - Policy circular No. 03/2023-24

In this regard, attention is drawn to rule 27(1) of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006 as amended. Accordingly, it is clarified that import made by SEZ units under the HS codes 71131911 , 71131919 and 71141910 are outside the purview of this Notification. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
