It has been observed that number of Shipping Bills (Under Drawback Scheme) filed through EDI System by various exporters are pending in Exporter Query queue. A list of those Shipping Bills pending for query reply is enclosed/uploaded with this Public Notice as Annexure-A. The queries raised by the departmental officers to the exporters at the time of online processing of Shipping Bills are to be replied and get the query resolved by the concerned Exporters/IEC Holders. Due to the non-submission of a query reply by the exporter, export incentives (if any) of such Shipping Bill will not be disbursed. 2. Therefore, all the stakeholders are hereby requested to go through the above-mentioned Annexure-A and submit proper reply, to the queries raised by the departmental officers. This will enable processing of the said Shipping Bills and allow exporters to avail export incentives/benefits accordingly. 3.
