Sir/Madam, Kindly refer to Instruction dated 14.03.2022 issued vide F. No. 275/06/2022 - CX .8A (copy enclosed) and Instruction dated 30.08.2023 issued vide F. No. 275/06/2022- CX.8A. (Pt.I) (copy enclosed). 2. Instruction dated 30.08.2023 issued vide F. No. 275/06/2022-CX.8A. (Pt.I) is rescinded. 3. In partial modification of Instruction dated 14.03.2022 issued vide F.No. 275/06/2022-CX.8A, the expression at para-3 O R Meena-CBIC- ASO(ORM)-LEGAL CELL CX.8A SECTIONCX-8A Section may be read as SEENA-CBIC-SUP(S)-CX-8A SECTION -CX-8A Section . 4. Further, it is requested that, the field formation under your jurisdiction may kindly be sensitised, to forward SLP proposals through e-office mode. The SLP proposals forwarded through e-office mode only will be treated as valid proposals. The details of nodal officer for E-office and LIMBS ID of Legal Cell, CBIC are, as under: (a) E-office Node: SEENA-CBIC-SUP(S) - CX - 8A SECTION - CX - 8A Section. (b) LIMBS ID: SEENA - Superintendent-Revenue CBIC- Legal-Legal. 5. SLP proposals shall be forwaded with all the relevant/necessary documents in terms of Board s Circular No.935/25/2010-CX dated 21.09.2010. The field formations shall adhere to Instruction dated 13.12.2023 issued vide F. No. 275/15/2021-CX.8A (copy enclosed) and Instruction dated 12.02.2024 issued vide F.
