Neutral packing in cases of Polyester Viscose Blended Yarn - Explanation regarding Circular No. 8/89 Dated 21-3-1989 [From F. No. 263/13/89-CX.8] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) New Delhi Subject : Neutral packing in cases of Polyester Viscose Blended Yarn - Explanation regarding. Attention is invited to Circular No. 13/88 issued vide F. No. 261/52/9/88-CX.8, dated 26-4-1988 whereby the exporters have been permitted to export certain categories of yarn in neutral packing on an experimental basis for year. In pursuance of the decision taken on point No. 18 in the East Zone Tariff Conferance held at Calcutta in January, 1989, the said facility of neutral packing has been extended for a further period of 3 months i.e., upto 30-6-1989. As desired vide Board's letter cited above, a report on the working of this facility may be sent by all Collectors of Central Excise to the Board by 7th of April, 1989 without fail.
