GEN/EPC/MISC/112/2024-POL #DocumentNumber# DATED : 24-06-2024 Public Notice No. 11 / 2024 Sub : New functionalities /features launched in Customs Broker License Management System (CBLMS)-Reg. ***** Attention of all the Customs Brokers and other stakeholders working in under regulation 7(2) and regulation 7(3) of CBLR, 2018 or its erstwhile regulations is invited to the launched functionalities of Customs Brokers Licensing Management System (CBLMS) online portal (https://cblms.gov.in). 2. It has come to the attention of this office that in many cases the Customs Broker has submitted incorrect data under various sections of the CB Profile. Errors in data were also observed in the basic information added under Primary Details viz. Name, Registered Email Id, Validity of License etc. which led to the creation of incorrect CB Profiles. Most of the incorrect data can be corrected using applications available to the Customs Broker in CBLMS, however, there are no applications available to the Customs Brokers for correcting basic details. 3. Therefore, in view of the above, new features are developed and launched under the Manage CB Profile functionality using which details under all sections of the approved CB Profile i.e. Primary Details, Correspondence Address, Authorized Person Details, Proprietor/Partner/Director Details, Security Details, OPS Details can be reasonably changed by System Admin. The Customs Brokers are advised to make required change request to CBLR section along with the reason of change in Annexure-A (enclosed). However, it is pertinent to note that these change requests should include only those changes which cannot be handled through applications available to the Customs Brokers in CBLMS. Any change request which can be handled through applications available to the Customs Broker will be deemed invalid. 4.
