No. CUS/AG/PN/4/2025-POL Date : 06-02-2025 PUBLIC NOTICE No. 04/2025 Sub : Waiver of late fees on account of system down for Budget update - Reg. ********** Attention of all the Importers, Customs Brokers, General Trade and all other stakeholders under the jurisdiction of Tuticorin Customs is invited to Union Budget updation 2025-26. Due to budgetary updation, as per ICES Advisory No 07/2025 , filling of Bill of Entry was not available in ICEGATE system on 01.02.2025 from 11.00 hrs onwards but the same was restored was restored on 2nd Feb 2025. 2. In view of the above, Late Fee imposable in the terms of Bill of Entry (Forms) amendment Regulations, 2017 issued vide Notification No. 27/2017-Customs (N.T) dated 31.03.2017 stands off in respect of Bills of Entry filed for the vessels for which entry inward was granted at INTUT1 on 2nd February 2025 and the Bills of Entry filed against these vessels on or before 2nd February 2025. 3. This Public Notice shall be considered as Standing Order for the purpose of officers and staff of the Department. 4.
