In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14 , the following amendments are hereby made in the Handbook of Procedures, vol.1 : The following ports shall be added at the end of Seaports / ICDs, as the case may be, in paragraph 4.19 related to "Port of Registration".
