Instruction : No. 5/2004, dated 27-5-2004. Reference is invited to Instruction No. 1979, dated 27-3-2000 and other Instruction issued by the Board on the aforesaid subject. In partial modification of the Instruction No. 1979, dated 27-3-2000, the Board has decided that para 3( iii ) be deleted with immediate effect. 2. The contents of this Instruction should be circulated for strict compliance.
