Copies of orders setting aside assessments to Zonal members. - Income Tax - 1634/CBDT

INSTRUCTION NO. 1634/CBDT Dated: June 25, 1985 Reference is invited to d.o.f.no.279/84/84-ITJ dated 3rd September 1984 requiring copies of six orders out of those passed by you during the preceeding quarter. It has now been decided by the Board that in addition to the above, you should send every quarter to your Zonal member copies of all the orders passed by you setting aside the assessments.
