INSTRUCTION NO. 1655/CBDT Dated: October 24, 1985 The Department has filed civil appeal No.6478(NT) of 1983 before the Supreme Court by certificate from the judgement and order dated 17th September 1986 of the Delhi court in the above case. On the application for the stay the Supreme Court has on 26th November 1984 granted interim stay of the judgement and order of the High court pending the hearing and final disposal of the appeal by the Supreme Court.
