Modification of groupings of Zonal committees. - Income Tax - 1761/CBDT

INSTRUCTION NO. 1761/CBDT Dated: June 22, 1987 Under Instruction No.1755 of 28.4.1987 fresh Zonal Committees were constituted for consideration of proposals for write-off/scaling down of irrecoverable taxes, as per annexure thereto. 2. During the recent Conference of Commissioners of Income-tax, some of the Commissioners had discussed this grouping with the Member (R A). As directed by him the following modifications may be substituted in place of groupings indicated under Sl.
