Due date of furnishing of return of income :- Assessee Due date of Return (i) Company 31st October of the AY (ii) other than company whose accounts are required to be audited under this Act or any other law 31st October of the AY (iii) working partner of a firm whose accounts are required to be audited under this Act or any other law 31st October of the AY (iv) Assessee who is required to furnish report u/s 92E 30th November of the AY (v) Any other assessee 31st July of the AY Note:- Due date for furnishing of return for non-working partner shall 31st July of the AY, whether the accounts of the firm are required to be audited or not In case of a firm whose accounts are not required to be audited under this Act or any other law, the last for furnishing the return by the firm as well as partners shall be 31st July of the AY
