4. Methods of valuation of imported goods: 4.1 According to the Customs Valuation (Determination of Value of Imported Goods) Rules, 2007 , the Customs Value should be the Transaction Value , i.e., the price actually paid or payable after adjustment by Valuation Factors and subject to (a) compliance with the Valuation Conditions and (b) satisfaction of the Customs authorities with the truth and accuracy of the Declared Value.
