As per regulation 2(e) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Municipal Debt Securities) Regulations, 2015 . Credit Enhancement shall mean any arrangement- including subordination, insurance, letter of credit, over-collateralization, undertakings, guarantees, letter of comfort etc.;
