Municipal Debt Securities - SEBI Ready Reckoner - SEBI

As per regulation 2(m) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Municipal Debt Securities) Regulations, 2015 Municipal Debt Securities shall mean- non-convertible debt securities which create or acknowledge indebtedness, and include debenture, bonds and such other securities of an issuer;
