As per regulation 2(p) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Municipal Debt Securities) Regulations, 2015 No Lien Escrow Account shall mean- the account created for the specific purpose of receiving and disbursing funds towards discharge of contractual obligations;
