As per regulation 2(q) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Municipal Debt Securities) Regulations, 2015 Offer Document shall mean- any document including an electronic document described or issued as an offer document or prospectus or shelf offer document and include any document or advertisement, whereby the subscription to municipal debt securities are invited by the issuer from public; As per regulation 2(1)(zb) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Real Estate Investment Trusts) Regulations 2014, unless the context otherwise requires,- Offer Document means- any document described or issued as an offer document including any notice, circular, advertisement or other document inviting offers through a public issue for the subscription or purchase of units of the REIT and includes initial offer document, follow-on offer document, letter of offer in case of rights issue and any other document as may be specified by the Board;
