13. Export of postal goods under Reward Schemes under Foreign Trade Policy 13.1 Notification Nos. 92/2009-Cus, 93/2009- Cus, 94/2009- Cus and 95/2009- Cus; all dated 11.9.2009 allow export of goods by post under claim of benefits under Chapter 3 (reward schemes) of the FTP from the Foreign Post Offices nominated under Notification No. 31/2017 -Cus (N.T.). The procedure for availing this benefit is contained in Public Notice No. 13/2013 dated 13.8.2013 issued by the Commissioner of Customs (Exports), New Delhi. [Refer Circular No. 29/2013-Cus.
