Failure to re-export - CBEC's Customs Manual 2025 - CustomsExtract 4. Failure to re-export: 4.1 The samples have to be re-exported within 9 months. However, the Assistant/Deputy Commissioner of Customs, may under special circumstances extend the period of 9 months for a further reasonable period.
