6. AMENDMENT OF REGISTRATION 6.1 Every registered person and a person to whom UIN has been granted shall inform the proper officer of any changes in the information furnished at the time of registration, as prescribed as per Section 28(1) of CGST Act, 2017. 6.2 If there is any change in any of the particulars furnished in the application for registration in FORM GST REG-01 or FORM GST REG-07 or FORM GST REG-09 or FORM GST REG-10 or for UID in FORM GST REG-13 , the registered person shall, within fifteen days of such change, submit an application, duly signed or verified electronically in FORM GST REG-14 , along with documents relating to such change as per Rule 19(l)(a) of CGST Rules, 2017.
