Notifies Oil Co-ordination Committee on Pool Accounts u/s 10(23C)(iv) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.808 DATED 5-3-1984 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( iv ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies " Oil Co-ordination Committee on Pool Accounts :-- ( i ) Freight Surcharge Pool Account No. 1, ( ii ) C F Adjustment Account, ( iii ) Product Price Adjustment Account, ( iv ) Crude Oil Price Equalisation Account " for the purpose of the said section for the period covered by the assessment years 1983-84 to 1988-89 [No. 5683/F. No. 197/141/83-IT(AI)]
