Central Government specifies "7-year 14 per cent. Secured Redeemable Non-convertible Telephone Bonds---T. 86 Series, First Issue " being issued by the Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited u/s 80L NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.467 DATED 12-12-1986 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( ii ) of sub-section (1) of section 80L of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby specifies " 7-year 14 per cent. Secured Redeemable Non-convertible Telephone Bonds---T. 86 Series, First Issue " being issued by the Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited for the purpose of the said clause : Provided that in case of transfer of such bonds by endorsement or delivery, the benefit envisaged in the notification will be available to the transferee if he informs the company by registered post of such transfer within a period of 60 days.
