Notifies "Jesuits of Santal Society, Sahibganj" u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.2961 DATED 22-9-1987 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause ( v ) of sub-section (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies "Jesuits of Santal Society, Sahibganj" for the purpose of the said clause for the assessment years 1983-84 to 1988-89.
