Notifies " Arulmigu Hirudaya Kamalanatha Swamy Temple , Thanjavur" u/s 10(23C)(v) NOTIFICATION NO. S.O.2005-1 DATED 11-5-1988 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( v ) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies " Arulmigu Hirudaya Kamalanatha Swamy Temple, Thanjavur" for the purpose of the said sub-clause for the assessment years 1987-88 and 1988-89.
