Amends Notification No. 208/77-Customs, dated the 1st October, 1977 - 101/2013 - Customs - Non Tariff

New Delhi, the 27 th September, 2013 5 Asvina, Saka 1935 S.O. 2936 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 76 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.208/1977-Customs, dated the 1st October, 1977, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 1318, dated 1st October, 1977 , namely:- In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in clause (c), in item (ii), for the words Jaigaon or Moreh , the words Jaigaon, Moreh or Nepalgunj Road shall be substituted.
