Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority - 119/2013 - Customs - Non Tariff

[To be published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)] Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 119/2013-Customs (N.T.) New Delhi, dated the 11th December, 2013 S.O. (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Port-Uran, Dist.-Raigad, Maharashtra to act as a common adjudicating authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- (i) The Additional or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House, Nhava Sheva, Port-Uran, Dist.-Raigad, Maharashtra; (ii) The Additional or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Imports), Air Cargo Complex, Sahar Airport, Mumbai; and (iii) The Additional or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Imports), New Harbour Estate, Tuticorin, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Blue Bird Creation P. Ltd. 315, Empire Estate Building, Ring Road, Surat (Head office at 714-B, 7th floor, Kakad Market, 306, Kalbha Devi Road Mumbai) and others issued vide, DRI F. No. DRI/SRU/INV-16/2010 dated the 31st March, 2013, by the Joint Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ahmedabad Zonal Unit, Ahmedabad-380007. [F. No. 437/39/2013-Cus.IV] (M.V.
