MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION Dated 12/05/2009 S.O.1203(E) - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 12th day of May 2009 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for biotechnology sector at Thrikkakara North Village, Kanayannur Taluk, Ernakulam District in the State of Kerala Proposed to be developed by M/s.
