RESERVE BANK OF INDIA (Foreign Exchange Department) (CENTRAL OFFICE) NOTIFICATION No. FEMA 300/2014-RB Mumbai, the 28th March, 2014 Foreign Exchange Management (Manner of Receipt and Payment) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014 G.S.R. 322(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 47 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999) , the Reserve Bank of India hereby makes the following amendments in the Foreign Exchange Management (Manner of Receipt Payment) Regulations, 2000 ( Notification No. FEMA 14/2000-RB dated May 3, 2000 ) namely:- 1. Short title and commencement:- i) These Regulations may be called the Foreign Exchange Management (Manner of Receipt and Payment) (Amendment) Regulations, 2014 ii) They shall be deemed to have come into force from the 13th day of March 2014. @ 2. Amendment of the Regulation 4 : In Regulation 4 , in clause (iv), for the words two lakh rupees , the words five lakh rupees or any such amount that Reserve Bank may stipulate shall be substituted.
