Appointment of Common Adjudicating Authority - M/s Leo Timber (P) Ltd., Khasra No.50/16, Assam Timber Market, Nangloi, Delhi-110041 - 69/2014 - Customs - Non Tariff

New Delhi, 8th August, 2014 S.O. (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad to act as a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on- (i) the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Kandla; (ii) the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Mundra; (iii) the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to show cause notice pertaining to M/s Leo Timber (P) Ltd., Khasra No.50/16, Assam Timber Market, Nangloi, Delhi-110041 and others issued, vide F.No.VIII/26/35/2013-DRI VIC dated the 13th June, 2014 by the Deputy Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Regional Unit, Hyderabad.
